Bluegrass Concert at St. Matthias Dec. 2
Guitarist and vocalist Rev. Rachel Bennett will present a special bluegrass concert, "Pickin' from the Pulpit," on Dec. 2 at St. Matthias Episcopal Church, Seaside. The concert begins at 8 p.m. and will include a variety of Old Time Gospel and Christian Praise music.
Prior to the concert, Rev. Bennett will be installed as deacon of St. Matthias by the Rt. Rev. Sylvestre Romero, bishop of El Camino Real. The installation worship service begins at 7 p.m. All clergy are invited to attend and to vest. The church is at the corner of Kimball & Noche Buena in Seaside.
