Personnel Policies and Procedures
The attached policies were developed by the Personnel Commission for Diocesan staff and missions with a secondary purpose of being a model for parishes.  They have been completely reviewed by outside employment counsel as well.  Parishes should feel free to use these policies as a basis for their own policies.  While certain factual elements will need changing, e.g., names, work hours, etc, and please avoid changing substantive policies without consulting legal counsel.
